Scott went above and beyond to reset a stone that kept becoming loose in my ring and, in doing so, identified in seconds what was wrong with the existing setting (which no one had done previously) and completely rebuilt the clasps – all in a day. I’m not sure what I expected other than a more secure stone, but the end result is staggering and still blows my mind – I love it. He clearly has a genuine passion for his work, and a rare understanding of intricate and careful workmanship. I was really impressed by the team’s clear emphasis on integrity and longevity rather than quick fixes. The turnaround was efficient, the pricing was transparent and competitive, and the environment was open and not at all pressurised. It’s also amazing to see the workshop on site! I found Hatton Garden Workshop on Google and chose them because of the stellar reviews there – and my expectations have been completely exceeded by the service I got. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future and to recommend Scott and the team – very confidently – to anyone looking for a jewellery workshop or expert advice.”

He charged me the cheapest price that I got quoted from over 10 over companies, and he literally made my carpets look brand new again! His machine is extremely large and powerful and cleans with ease. It was very efficient and effective, and he was very nice and friendly and he also went into the smaller details to clean the carpet properly. I would recommend indeed - 10/10 service for me.”
