We were traveling with 3 kids four and under and having the car delivered to our friend’s house and collected directly from the terminal at LHR made life so much easier. The car was pristine and great fun. Would certainly use again and recommend for anyone that wants a luxury car without all the hassle of traditional car rentals. Rented a Porsche Cayenne for 10 days."

"When we needed a Mercedes S-Class with specific audio options for a customer demo day, Ike and the team at Starr were the only people we could find to help. They were excellent, making the car available to us ahead of the day to make sure everything worked and then when the original car was involved in an accident a few days before the event they immediately sourced another vehicle and again made it available to check everything was working. On the day Mark the driver couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. A great experience all round and we will definitely be using Starr Luxury Cars again the next time we need to show our technology in a car in the London area."

"Rented a Lambo Evo. I specifically didn't want a white car and didn't want a Spyder but I got a white Spyder. However I ended up liking it because it helps to keep a lower profile. Having said that I rather the rental company conduct their logistic properly. Staffs are very personal and nice. Delivery and Picking up the car was smooth. I would recommend Starr to add this procedure before they hand a car over to a customer i.e. to check that the car is ok and at least give it a simple wash. My key fob was low on battery. Unlike the Ferrari it is very hard to use the physical key on a Lambo. So I was in a new car, at an unfamiliar road, having to worry that once my car stop then it won't start. Half the time I left the door unlocked because it won't lock with the key fob. One of the tire was low in pressure so I had to struggle to find a service station to add some air in. The gas tank was only 70% when I got the car. Last and most importantly, the car was very dirty. I hate driving dirty car. It really take away some of the experience. I had to use tissues to wipe the rear mirrors and the windscreen. But having a dirty car the whole 4 days was not fun. I still give it 4 stars because the car was nice and the sunny weather was good for the Spyder."

"Planned a last minute trip and they were able to supply me with a car and driver at short notice. I was busy on the day of booking but even then the process was so simple that I was able to arrange and pay for everything easily and quickly. No hassle just simple and convenient. The driver was very knowledgeable and was able to take us where we needed and wanted. We were very comfortable and happy with the driver and service. Thank you."

"Brilliant service by Starr Luxury Cars! We hired the new 2022 Range Rover for a wedding, an amazing vehicle supplied by them that I could not find anywhere else in England. Our hire clashed with the weekend of the Queen’s funeral, Gabriella was very accommodating and made sure our hire was not hampered by the road closures and delays in London. Excellent customer service and communication provided throughout the hire, cannot fault them and would definitely recommend to others."
