She and her staff are complete professionals and very knowledgeable. I have complete faith and when considering any changes I fully trust her advice and have never been disappointed. This is such a lovely salon and for me it is not just about having my hair done but also a lovely experience where I always come away feeling happy and relaxed. I also have to say that Emma is very passionate about her salon with a great work ethic and customer service ethos.
