“This is a lovely old pub with a decent sized beer garden, and covered booths too. The real draw is the food though - we had an incredible Sunday roast (recommend the beef) with all the trimmings & finished with a couple of excellent desserts. I particularly liked the Guinness brownie & ice cream - absolutely lush! The service here is excellent too, really friendly & efficient. We had such a lovely time, we'll be coming back again very soon.”

“Very accommodating for a party of 5 including a toddler and a baby. The staff were very friendly. The food was delicious and all tasted fresh. I ordered the Grant Close which came with 2 American style pancakes with fruit, cream and maple syrup on top, on the side there was avocado, halloumi, spinach and American style scrambled egg. I had curly fries on the side which were really nice too. My cappuccino was nice and creamy too but if you are a big coffee fan you might prefer a different place for your caffeine fix in the area. I'd highly recommend coming here, the best cafe in the area.”

“Absolutely the best pizza and pede in Enfield. the vegetarian and spicy vegetarian pizzas are wonderful and the baklava is really fantastic - perfect texture and taste very tasty food at reasonable prices and lovely friendly people. I am delighted I've found this place as I eat a.lot.of pizza and I'm tired of the flavourless food from the large chain restaurants.”

“We've been waiting for a place like this for a long time in Bush Hill Park. We can only compliment the ladies at Mima's for their service and quality of food. There is a wide selection to choose from, sandwiches, salads, brunches, cakes, pastries, drinks etc. Everything is reasonably priced and you never have to wait too long for either your dine in or take away experience.”

“I went there for my birthday on Friday with 8 family members. Andrew had created a lovely space for us, respecting the social distancing. It was just a very special evening. Pam is an amazing chef and we had a variety of dishes, all superb. My family wanted to take me to a fancy steak place but I chose Kaiteur Kitchen and what a brilliant choice that was. I might be biased but Guyanese cuisine has the most variety in the Caribbean (best tasting too - to do with the fusion of food of 6 different ethnic groups and being on the South American mainland) and Andrew and Pam reflect this in what they serve. It was like my mother’s cooking. Everything is made from scratch even the sauces and black pudding.I mustn’t forget to mention that they also serve El Dorado rum. Best rum in the world. Best Caribbean restaurant in London - extremely clean and hygienic too. Thank you Andrew and Pam!”

“I've come and visited a friend of mine that I don't see that often and she has only ever had take away from Spirit Fire before but I wanted a sit down curry so she recommended we go here. Omg!! Amazing service, friendly accommodating and patient. Amazing presentaction and the food was amazing. I live in Dartford and I would make my way out here just to enjoy another meal here again. “I come to this fish bar so often because the food is always so good! The fish and chips are just amazing the batter is so crispy and the chips are lovely, moreish and plentiful, recently tried the quarter pounder burger and it definitely won’t be the last it’s delicious and perfectly cooked. On top of that, the staff are SO friendly! Would 100% recommend”

“I enjoyed a lovely lunch meal and service. Prices are great here for what you get I would say, certainly not too expensive. My Nephew ordered the Iskender Kebab, and I ordered the Chicken Beyti which came with rice and salad. We had a little more than half, and we were both full, although it was delicious, we couldn’t finish off. Service was fast, but nothing to really complain about. Initial wait time was good, the service and staff were not too pushy but did come and ask us if we needed any help from time to time.”

“A very good roast indeed. Good gravy and lots of it!! Cauliflower cheese was proper cheesy, yorkies were good, meat very nice and pigs in the blankets - a nice touch. Good selection of tastyales and cider. Lovely staff. Dog friendly. Will be back! I can also confirm rib Tuesday is very good! Burger Thursday is very good too!”

“Great service food was delivered fast and efficient within 30 minutes of order. When the food arrived it was fresh absolutely delicious. Price also reasonable. Portions were great was really filling and we will defo be ordering again. It was tasty too and didn’t feel greasy but full of Flavour . The only thing I was hoping for prawn crackers but these didn’t come free like the average Chinese and was missed these from our meal so order them if you want :)”
