“We were lucky to have found such a luxurious and caring home for our Siberian cat while we were away for a month. We were worried about leaving our kitty for so long especially as it was his first time away from home but the moment we met Daisy and her beautiful cattery we knew he would be very well looked after. The suites are immaculately clean and full of all the creature comforts a kitty could dream of. Daisy played with him a few times every day and it was clear when we picked him up that he was very happy, really well fed and beautifully groomed. We also absolutely loved the frequent photo updates and picture postcards Daisy sent us - what a treat! We can’t recommend this place enough and this is definitely our go-to place if we ever need someone to look after our cat again.”

“Great service at Jacob's barbers. Previous barbers have never cut my sons hair how I've asked, but at Jacob's they got it spot on! They even managed to get my hair looking good aswell! Staff very friendly and accommodating as well. Will definitely be going back from now on.”

“Like a few others I am surprised when reading the negative reviews. I can only speak of my own personal experiences and respect those who may disagree. I used to use Lloyds Pharmacy in Windsor Drive as I am a lot closer to that than Rowlands. However it got to the stage where I could not bring myself to go into Lloyds as I would have been rude to the staff, so I decided to change to another provider. Lloyds always blamed my Doctors for NOT sending my prescription which meant I always had to battle to get my medicines. Rowlands on the other hand have NEVER blamed my GP for NOT sending my prescription and have always been able to provide each and every tablet/cream/injections, you name it, they get it in. Sometimes I have had to wait a few extra days but this is NOT Rowlands fault as they can only dispense what they have in stock. Most people are unaware there are currently issues getting supplies in and this is not going to end anytime soon. Can you imagine having to stock every kind of medication, the shop would have to be the size of a football pitch, so don't get upset if they don't have what you want. To end this little rant, I can honestly say that I have always found the staff at Rowlands helpful and friendly. I am a person who gives as good as I get and a lot more, but honestly, I've never had a bad experience with them. The staff are there to provide us with a service. If we find they have not got what you want, give them time to explain why and politely ask the questions you have, without losing your temper or being rude. We need to give each other a chance. Just think of those who do not have the services we often take for granted. I feel fortunate to have what we have and thank all those who provide us with these services.”

“It's may 2022 and I've waited 14 months before doing this review as I wanted to see if problems would develop with the Corsa that Gary searched for. My granddaughter has been so pleased with this lovely looking little car inside and out but most importantly it has been extremely reliable for a 2010 model with not too high mileage and a very reasonable price. Thanks to Gary who got more than we asked for that my granddaughter found a job out of the small village she lives in and can reach areas where transport is limited. Without her car she wouldn't be able to get to her job that she very much likes. One good thing lead to another and Gary has come up trumps. Extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. I am a single female looking out for my granddaughter and greatly appreciate that someone can be so approachable, helpful and trustworthy. I would recommend Crown Garage in Orpington and Gary 100%. I normally do my reviews on trustpilot but couldn't trace it for this.”

“I've been coming to this hairdressers for 30 years. Had perms, cuts and colours over the years and always so pleased with the result. Excellent prices too. Particular shout out to Toni who is the best colourist I know and Louise who is amazing at perming. 100% recommend this local friendly, professional hairdressers. Safe and clean in covid times too.”
