"Literally just dropped in for lunch with my partner and toddler and loved it. Great selection of hot food and sandwiches. Took a fair bit of labouring to decide what to get, but it just means I'll have to come back to try it all! Staff are all very friendly, and it's a nice relaxed atmosphere. Plenty on the menu to appeal to kids. As an added bonus, the coffee is excellent!"

"Decent food and nice coffee. Customer service isn't that great though. If I'm sitting down at a table and ready to order and you've already come over to my table, you could have taken the order there, instead of telling me to get up and come to the counter to order. The menus are on the table, so the assumption is that there's table service."
"A great addition to the town. The manager and staff are really friendly and feels like a nice family place. We take our two young children here almost daily and the staff know us by name now! A relaxed setting with tasty light meals and good coffee. The chocolate muffins are the best!"
"Petts Wood needs a lovely cafe like Bella vita. I had a really nice lunch with my daughter- one chicken escalope panini and one Tuna melt which were both delicious. Loved the Tuna mozzarella and red onion! Good selection on menu and reasonable prices. Just a few niggles (sorry) - can you put a sign on tables to say order at counter, and please put a sign on loo door And lock was difficult so WD40 needed! Will visit again although you seemed busy and under pressure. Just a small smile when I order would help although I know you're very busy. Thanks again for a yummy lunch. See you soon."
