Animal Choice
● Closed“I'm very happy with the service and care of my cats at this vet. I'm new to it but very comforted to know that if I need to bring my cats here they will be looked at and cared for in the best possible way. The vet was very good at checking my cats and vaccinating them. I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone. You won't be disappointed by the service. I felt that they put owners as the decision makers to their pets lives rather than the other way round, as I've experienced in my previous vet. The main focus in this vet is your pets health and wellbeing and you don't feel pressured to pay anything extra unless they tell you beforehand to see if your happy with it.”

Aspen Vet Surgery
● Closed“I had my cat, Charlie, registered at Aspen Vets (Abbey Wood branch) for 4 years. He was an aggressive little thing and didn't respond well to most of the staff. For some reason, Rai always managed to handle him well and with no nonsense. He was gentle but firm with Charlie. Rai is based at the Sidcup branch the majority of the time so I went the extra 10 minutes in the car to make sure Charlie was seen by him. I had Charlie put to sleep yesterday, which was very upsetting but Rai outlined every step he was going to take and even every step he might have to take if the first ones didn't work (i.e, if he couldn't find the kidneys, or he couldn't get a vein for the needle). He was extremely empathetic and so very kind to my boyfriend and I - we were obviously in tears and struggling. He was fine with us staying with Charlie through the euthanasia and even checked to see if we'd experienced it before as it's obviously traumatic. I would highly recommend Aspen Vets. Don't be afraid to request a particular vet if your pet responds well to that person; after all, your pet needs to be at ease as much as possible.”

Woodham Lane Vets
● Closed“Sarah and the team at Woodham Lane Vets have been wonderful with Bella, she had a large cyst that other vets said they had to amputate a toe to get rid of it. Sarah happily gave me a second opinion and was reassuring, Bella now has all of her toes and no cyst! The care we received was second to none and the advice and follow up care was brilliant! Amy and Patsy were always friendly and helpful and Bella got lots of snuggles! We have now moved vet practices and have got both our dogs at Woodham Lane Vets and have also registered to their Healthy Pet Club. Thanks again for looking after our old girl so so well!”

E-Vets Animal Health Centre
● Closed464 Uxbridge Road, Hayes UB4 0SD, United Kingdom“Absolutely fantastic staff, extremely helpful and supportive in every way possible. Couldn't ask for anything better. I live in Windsor and I don't go anywhere else for my animal care. Plus the prices are more suitable to us as a family. They also focus on the animal welfare and medical conditions and have in the past been supportive to me and let me arrange a payment plan due to my circumstances. And preformed surgery on our dogs which has been extremely good . And we are so grateful they were able to help dogs due to the extreme pain they were in. Very much appreciated and very pleased. 100 per cent never use any other places as had bad experiences with rude staff and completely rocket prices that I couldn't even think about. Alex and Cleo very passionate and patient with everyone and everything they do. It's great and I feel at total ease and confidence and in safe hands with pets. My animals mean the world to me especially our dogs. Thankyou to the excellent staff always. X”

Companion Care - Croydon
● Closed“The vet I had was amazing with my cat and gave us lots and lots of advice about moving with him. Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.”

Medivet Hayes
● Closed“Reading some of these comments I'm appalled! I have been using this vet for over 13 years and would never go anywhere else. My dog had so many issues since she was a pup and the vet was amazing, informative and compassionate on each and every single visit/operation we had. I trusted him wholeheartedly and he helped my dog live a long and happy life. Staff are amazing but as a vet, Mr T is absolutely amazing and I can't thank him and the staff anymore for what they did for my dog Skye.”

Beaumont Sainsbury Animal Hospital
● Closed“I needed an emergency appointment for my pet and was panic calling multiple vets. Another vet who couldn't see me recommended Beaumont. I called and spoke to Mandy on reception who was fantastic. She was one of the kindest people I have ever spoken too and very empathetic and got me booked in for an appointment within the hour I called. She was very clear with what to expect and was happy to explain the costs involved to me. All the vets I eventually saw at Beaumont were so kind and their treatment was excellent. They treated my pet so kindly and explained everything so clearly to me. I was also seen by an Australian sounding vet (apologise as I cannot remember their name) but they were so kind and cheered me up in a difficult time. Thank you so much :)”

They give you different options and I think are quite practical in the guidance for what is best for you and your pet. All the staff is friendly and my dog is actually excited to visit. Dock Pharmacy
● Open“I had a very urgent requirement on new years eve of 2022. After an emergency doctor had prescribed antibiotics for my young son, my local pharmacy did not have the liquid solution on stock and would not change to the tablets, despite authorisation to do so. This was very upsetting as it was already late in the evening. I called Dock pharmacy, we had a good talk about the issue, and the pharmacist said they could of course help with my prescription change and that they would prepare the tablets and a dispenser straight away. By the time I had driven to the site my order was ready to collect. Absolute first class service, with a smile and concern for my sons wellbeing. Also the pharmacist had a fantastic blue hair colour as well! I bought them some Chocs from the local shop as a big thanks for the help. Superb people and open late too. WIN”
