“Sylvia is an amazing lash artist. After years of having individual lashes and then suddenly becoming allergic to the glue I had to stop having my eyelashes done. I tried other salons, sensitive eyelash glue but still had awful reactions. Earlier this year I contacted Sylvia and discussed the problems I’d had in the past. After having a patch test at the salon where she applied a small amount of lashes to each eye and then washed the eye area to remove any remnants of the glue I waited for 48 hours and had no reaction. Sylvia then recommended that I just have a half set of lashes applied - just in case I had a reaction. Delighted to say everything was fine and I went back for a full set and have had no problems at all. I’m over the moon that I can get my lashes done again. Thank you Sylvia.”

The salon was easy to find, all the staff greeted me on arrival even though they were busy with their own clients so I felt very welcome and comfortable, the stylist started my hair straight way and was very attentive and professional. I left with silky smooth hair and lots of advice on how I can take care of my hair in-between visit. Great team and great salon, I will definitely return soon”

“Cons: bad mobile reception once you are in. Layout is a bit of a mess.. you almost need a Thorpe park style map to help you navigate around. No steam room, shower gels / conditioner. I guess it’s a better gym so shouldn’t expect it.. All that said, still a 5 star review… why. Pros: has lots of varied equipment. Swimming pool is large. Reasonably priced.”

“As a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner, Dr Li is not only professional but also knowledgeable. I'm currently still undergoing treatment for tennis elbows but could see and feel great improvement after each session. She employs different acupuncture techniques on different disease conditions. As what people say, TCM works but only if the practitioner knows what he/she is doing. And Dr Li is certainly one who knows her stuffs.”

“They are always booked and busy which is a good thing. A lovely bunch of people, did a wonderful work on me and my friend’s nails. Took their time , understanding wat we wanted and did exactly wat we asked for and that too perfectly and trying to converse and make us feel comfortable. Came here on a colleague’s recommendation and it was so worth it. Would totally recommend. Sometimes Ull have to wait a lot but again that means they’ll take that time with u as well.”
