"A quality, friendly, simple barbers, and good for kids. I've been using Reem's for a couple of years and found them great. No booking and a quality cut and a decent chat. Mo the owner has been there 16 years and has four other chairs. Everyone is friendly and relaxed and my and other people's kids seem to be looked after well including getting a sweet after their cut. I always get the feeling of being welcome there and appreciate the 'queue while you wait' approach that gets the haircuts done without a fuss. Lots of other locals seem to have been coming back for years too. Highly recommend!"

"I have been going to this Barber Shop for a number of years. Always had a good haircut and with no problems. Unlike my previous Barbers were I would end up with a very bad neck rash. Covid precautions are in place. Very satisfied with them."

"I have been coming to this barber's for the past ten years, and for the overwhelming majority of the time, I left happy and with a good haircut. However, when I visited the shop last month, I received a very poor haircut, but even worse customer service. I believe the man who cut my hair was new, as I hadn't seen him before. Anyway, he took 50 minutes to cut my hair, a haircut that has, at the most, only taken 30 minutes at this shop before. He didn't know what 'tapered' meant for the back of the neck and had to be corrected by his colleague mid-way through the haircut, perhaps this is why he took so long. However, he also did a poor job at the front and the top of my head. I wouldn't really have minded this too much, because everybody has to learn at some point and we were all new to our craft once, but for one incident: when I asked him to correct a small mistake to my haircut, he proceeded to shout across the shop to his colleague in a foreign language which I do not understand and gestured toward the back of my head. I can only assume that it was regarding my request. This is the same as talking about people behind their back. It alienated me and for this incident, and this incident alone, I shall never return to this shop. Congratulations, you've lost a customer of 10 years. You should be more careful about who you employ."
