I was searching for a hotel with a heated pool as i'm going in April and want to make sure we can make full use of the pool. Ali told me about the Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa which matched my criteria. “I checked in on Thursday 2nd November 2017, the check in was very quick and the male receptionist was very pleasant and most helpful, I found the same when checking out on Thursday 9th November 2017. The double room was very clean indeed ( decoration, carpets and most importantly the bed sheets, the bed was very comfortable too ). The bathroom was sparkling and housekeeping staff were very helpful from day one. The freshly cooked breakfast was excellent as was the service, the staff were a credit to Arran Guest House. The Guest House was very convenient to all public transport ( Mainline station and several bus routes ). I enjoyed my stay and could find no faults with the service of the excellent staff, so much so, I intend to return early in the new year. ( It is my pleasure to award Arran Guest House 10 out of 10 for the excellent service from all the staff including how they maintained the internal and external of this lovely property )”

“Stayed last year in july for 2 nights, all though the room was a tiny bit hot, it was well decorated, clean and tidy. The breakfast had a well layed out continental choice. The only thing i think could have been better was the room size it could have been a little wider. All in all thoroughly enjoyed myself, close to shops, close to shopping places and the tube was literally down the road. cannot wait for the next time i come here.”

“Perfect holiday, We book our family holiday with Sri Lanka tours, they very flexible with our requests , all the hotels we stayed was very good and driver who took us around the Island was fantastic, they used very cleaned vehicle and driver was able to speak good English, only minor issue was that attractions fees were not included in the package but this was informed prior to our booking,”
