"Worst service I ever received, would suggest not to book any tickets through them. My ticket was cancelled and was asked to confirm on new date, upon confirming the same through email they havent sent any new tickets past 3days. I reached them over phone several times and the response I received was 1. We belong to sales team, please contact schedule change team. 2. The team is in India and its lunch hours so call later. 3. The team is offline, they will reach in few hours. And all these in a rude way. If you require peace of mind then DO NOT book tickets through tickets to India."
