I'd never been to Trevor Sorbie before but used them for the first time to get my hair highlighted and don't think I'll ever be using anybody else now to do the job! “Highly recommend The Richmond Hair Company! I went to another salon in town and left with a terrible cut. Super short in the back, long uneven pieces in the front, and layers that didn't make sense-- it was horrendous. I scheduled a consult with Patrick to see if it could be fixed (I honestly wasn't sure it could be salvaged) and then followed up with an appointment a few days later. He was able to turn that original butchered cut into something very cute and I'm so happy I went with him. He's a very skilled and talented hair artist. I'll never go to anyone else!”

“The VIP Room is a great expansion to fantastic service from Nabi. I’m ‘fussy’ with fine hair that’s challenging for many barbers. I’ve been coming to Nabi for over 6 years so naturally he’s invested the effort to know a bit about me, my family and what’s going on so it’s a friendly catchup. The move to offering a VIP room has made the experience even better, booked slot rather than drop-in, the room’s quiet, I’ve never felt the feeling Nabi was rushing my cut due to other customers waiting, but in the room there’s no distractions and no consciousness of other customers. Will be interesting to hear how Nabi progresses his next record attempt!”
