"It's hard to find a hairdresser you can trust and doesn't just leech you of your pennies. After 2 bad previous experiences, I was really nervous but the ladies here are absolute miracle workers and easily charge the fairest, student- friendly price on the high street. I had damaged, home bleached hair and they did a complete colour transformation, including trim, Olaplex treatment and a blow-dry within 4 hours on my birthday (for a set price of £240, no hidden fees). I'd showed them a reference photo and they achieved EXACTLY my desired look. Guided me through the entire process, recommended how to look after my curly hair at home without any upselling and made sure I was completely happy with the entire look before leaving their door. Couldn't be more grateful to Mira who transformed my hair and will definitely be back. Just look at the results! The before and after speak for themselves:"

"I regret to post this as well as I regret giving a chance to an independent hair saloon in Richmond, where I live. I should have gone to a chain hairdresser. My hair was done by a male hairdresser that has now left, I've done highlights, colour and cut. My hair was cut very short and not the way I asked, hairdresser made me feel uncomfortable when I asked his opinion on my fringe. The colour used wasnt the same I asked, neither a dark red that I originally had in my hair but a bright red. I felt shocked and went home in shock, my beautiful long V shape hair has been cut short near my shoulders. I felt down and insecure until I got some strengths to call the saloon asking if they could maybe fix my hair, they asked me to go there but I was away working. After a week or so, I rang again and I was told that after 10 days there is nothing they can do so I rang to speak to the manager and nothing she could do. I just dont feel I was treated nicely as my image has been destroyed until my hair grows back and this small saloon didnt take responsibility or offered me support.Not to mention that I got back home full of die around my face, neck, everywhere. I spent £185. Never going back"
