He handled him so lovingly, stopping to give him cuddles when he got too upset but still got him clean, combed and smelling lovely. He is a big super fluffy long haired dog and a lot of hard work bathing. However Kevin handled him well and knew when to stop and when our dog had had enough. As it was his first grooming session that meant a lot to us and we felt he was in safe caring hands. Afterwards our pup was happy and chilled and even went back out to see Kevin again to show him his ball. Would highly recommend.”
