“My elderly Mum used to love this shop until her upsetting experience this week. She bought some shoes and the Peter John Staff offered to take the box. Mum agreed to this. However she decided that the shoes were unsuitable and tried to return them for a refund. The shop refused, despite the shoes being brand new and with a receipt because she no longer had the box. She feels misled and I wonder why on earth she was not advised of the consequences at the time of purchase?
