“Excellent been going here for years and will never change, I used to live in the area but moved away and yet every time I need some work done on my car I travel back miles to them as they the only garage I trust , they go out if they’re way too fit you in at a time That suits you , explain and detail all work they going to do and then explain all the work that has been done when you return to collect the car with a full breakdown of the price I have a lot of mileage up myself never mind my car and of all my travels I have never come across any one as good as these guys”

“Got a balayage done today by Robbie. He was absolutely amazing and did an excellent job. He listened and followed everything I asked for and gave his expert opinion when I was unsure. I asked him a million questions and he answered all of them. Had a lovely experience and very happy how it turned out.”

“reviews may be more on what is recieved or sold, but from the donate side i have to say the service i got was second to none. we were moving out and had surplus furniture we had no time to sell and unable to dispose due the virus restrictions at the council refuse depot, although the items were far too good to just dump. Tracey on the admin side suffered my many e mails and phone calls to alter dates as our exit date changed over and over. Timely reponses , much patience and understanding and we got there in the end. the two guys who collected were also very timely and professional. weird to pay to clear something you could sell, but if needs be the service works extremely well, and as important, at the end gets used for a good cause. job well done with a feelgood factor.”

They absolutely look out for their patrons; their welfare and safety. It is nice to know as a parent that these clubs have protective policies in place. “Absolutely fantastic service from Matt and the Attimo team as always. They performed an extremely replacement of my hot water cylinder and repair / upgrade to the associated systems, which are all located very inconveniently on properties top floor, in a cupboard barely big enough for the system. They were always on time, adhered to COVID guidelines and worked incredibly hard and continuously to get the job done well in time and under the budgeted quotation. Daily job reports, photos of works done and thorough explanation of completed / pending works, means they always keep you informed and in simple terms that everybody can understand. I cannot speak highly enough of Attimo, whether it is a simple plumbing job, boiler service or major works like this - They always exceed expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“I have been riding bikes (I have accumulated 7) for over 35 years and this is a bike repair workshop of the traditional variety. Great service, friendly, a brew when you call in for a chat or to see how your services is going. No problem is too difficult (and I have given them many) from seized bolts to body repairs. I get my tyres done there as they are great on price and fitting and they just text when it's done. Great value, great guys and a pleasure to use. My go to service centre for all my machines.”

I advertised my property through their website after a really thorough and helpful meeting with one of their estate agents, Akash. This was my first experience of leasing out a property and Akash took the time to explain all the services they could provide in great detail and advised me based on his experience which was so helpful. I actually liaised with three estate agents in the area to advertise my property, but Romans stood out above the rest. The tenant moved in just as the lockdown was enforced and I was worried about the continuity of service. But Romans dealt with everything professionally and efficiently. When there were any issues to be resolved, another estate agent, Alex has been very helpful in getting things done during the lockdown. I’ve recently been helped by Heather who has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service, particularly helping me when my boiler broke down and I was having trouble getting a British Gas engineer to come out to fix it. She is always really happy to help with any query. She deals with everything very quickly and efficiently - no complaints! I’ve had excellent customer service from Jessica Phillips, my property manager who has dealt with all my queries efficiently and effectively. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to sort things out.”

Now, the two new young reception ladies seems to have what was missing, a helpful and caring attitude towards all the patients and also a welcoming smile. First impressions are important, they now make the Triangle practice a top practice.”
