It did go slightly downhill for a short time but the receptionists have a much better attitude than over the previous few years and from a personal perspective, I think they are all doing a magnificent job under the circumstances. Those who criticise should maybe work there for a day or 2 and experience the huge pressure that these surgeries are under.”
