“Referred to by my GP as a matter of urgency I attended the Bloomfield A+E with some trepidation. I could not have been more wrong although very busy in at 2.15pm out at 5.30pm following 2 consultations, blood tests with results and a CT scan. All the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Only one negative thing the doctor could not give me prescription for an outside pharmacy as there were no forms and the hospital pharmacy closed dead on 5.30pm which meant I had to return the following day. But I give them 5 stars compared to the Queens in Romford which is more like a third world country war zone.”

“Went to the Newburgh office. Doctor was terrific. So much accomplished in a short time. Prescriptions written, chest x-ray arranged for that day. If your worried about something medical get it sorted asap. No need to watch a physio therapist on video in order to get an in-person physio appointment and then if you get lucky seeing a real live NHS doctor for something not physio based. Don't get anxious - get it sorted!”

“They're the best pharmacy I've used in the London borough of Hounslow. The staff are always extremely polite, courteous and friendly and go out of their way to help their customers. When using other pharmacies I often struggled to get certain hard to source medications and was left to call round pharmacies myself, or just go without. But the awesome Pharmacists at this pharmacy do all the calling for me, even contacting manufacturers to try and get my items. They even go over to the pharmacy to pick up the paper prescriptions for controlled medications, so we can order our repeats online and not need to worry about needing to fill in a separate paper version and then go and pick it up by hand etc. It's all done for us. 10/10 would recommend!”

“This is in my personal opinion i think this is probably the best rehab centre there is. I was sent there arter having a cardiac arrest and was bed bound for 3 months in darent valley. I stayed there for a month and they got me back on my feet in no time. I have to say it was very hard work but worth it. I am eternally grateful for all the help and support they gave me.
