"I don't like to write negative reviews but I am hoping this will get them to take note and improve the service. For the past few weeks I have called numerous times to get an appointment (I am an existing patient) , it just rings and rings until I am cut off every time. I decided to message instead but still have not had a reply. I have given up now and moved to a new practice."
"Had severe toothache due to grinding and nerve exposure and whilst they did the right referral to a government hospital specialist for long term solution, did nothing much to help the pain (prescribed fluoride toothpaste!!) as it needed root canal treatment (got it done 3 days later at another dentist). Perhaps because I was registered as a NHS patient, they didn’t want to do the procedure for a low charge and hence couldn’t bother much - I will perhaps never know now as unlikely to visit them again other than regular checkups if at all"
