We have been served by the store manager, and members of her team, including new staff at the beginning of their time with Schuh We have found the whole team in each and every instance we have used them to be consistently warm and friendly, and show patience even when obviously under pressure at busy times. I have never once felt like we were hurried or pressurised in any way. They always take the time to engage enthusiastically with the children and parents. As to pricing nothing is excessively priced in comparison to other retailers. Seriously well done to all at Schuh Kids Bluewater! .”

I paid £4.99 for delivery next day as this was a Weekend I was told to expect on the Monday and the top arrived on the Tuesday. I have been on line since and had I have gone home and ordered it myself it would have cost me only £1.99 for a standard delivery. .”

“Such friendly staff, anyone that saw me asked if I needed help. The music was pumping it felt like a party. The centre closed at 5pm but there was loads of customers inside and no one pressured to hurry up and leave or stand by the door hinting it's time to close as you do find in most shops. The staff were happy for me to wonder around and asked if I needed anything and answered a couple of my query. One guy even offered to help place an order for me to collect despite it being so late. Highly recommend this store.”
