“Run, do not walk here... unless it's up the hill then take the walk at a brisk pace. They have recently redecorated but that's not the only reason why. They are now serving Chuck & Brisket, a small menu filled with the absolute best burgers I have tasted. Forget Dead Hippies from Meat Liquor, or Shake Shack. The cheeseburgers here are juicy, mouth-watering and the most delicious brioche meat sandwiches I'vehad in a very long time. The patties taste incredible and are so moist. I couldn't fault it and I was a little sad when it was over. Their skin-on fries transported me to my grandmother's kitchen, for me, a comfort food. I would absolutely come back here, and implore any newcomers and regulars to try their delightful menu, otherwise you would be doing yourself a disservice. You will not regret it.”

“It you are looking for a good fish and chip shop, this is the place to go! Great chips, large portion size. Really good fish, the Cod, Haddock and Rock are my favourite and are always excellent.”

“Today I had Elma do my lashes from start to end these ladies did there best to accomadate me ... from booking the appointment last minute all the way till the end ... the receptionist was lovely and then I had Elma install my lashes ... she made me feel so comfortable and really cared about how I felt and the look I wanted . I left very chuffed I used to do eyelashes myself so I know how it all goes but Elma has done them the best and I will continue to go back and tell everyone how good this lash place is . Thankyou”

“I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Jewels, they were all professional and helpful from start to finish, booked the appointment without a big fuss & it was so easy! I explained my concerns and they helped me select the correct service but, they did not push for you to spend extra or pay for a bigger package, they are just helpful and genuine. Quy completed the cleaning services on the two cars and they both looked amazing, I briefly told him my issues at the start and explained that the mould in one of the cars was panicking me as the car is important to us for sentimental reasons and he didn’t ignore this information, he truly did go that extra mile with his work and completing the car, he wanted to show us that he had got in all the areas to help ease my mind and I couldn’t be more thankful! I’ll defiantly use Jewels passion for other services, highly recommend!”

“Speak to and deal with Razvan, he is very helpful, trustworthy, knowledgeable and well presented as is his cigars. I've bought and collected several times now. I definitely recommend, bought a Monte Christo No4 and a high quality lighter Razvan recommended, again, great advice and choice. Highly recommended.”

“Love this little tea hut. Great cuppa when you fancy it, with views over Waltham Abbey from the car park. Parking fees payable now. Tea hut appears to be closed on Monday.”

“We have just had the most delicious meal here this evening! Fabulous personal service, a lot of care given to my daughter who has never had Indian food before!! “Had an excellent Sunday brunch here to celebrate a friend's birthday. The Eggs Benedict was superb. Service was good and it had a nice ambiance.”

“I just had dinner here and I am very impressed. The food was delicious, everything was just perfect. I have absolutely nothing to say that could be better. I had 3 different starters as main main meal and that's quite a lot food. My friend had shish kebab which I tried and the meat just melted in my mouth. Very tender! In addition,they bring big plate with variety of salads, olives, yoghurt and dill dip and some tomato dip with home made pita bread to every table. The restaurant itself looked also very stylish. Seems they pay attention to every detail, including the business cards which were very stylish too. The restaurant was full with people who seemed to be regulars there, therefore,it speaks about the quality of the food. I live in central London and that's long way to go there for dinner, however, I would gladly return soon.”

“Had Sunday lunch there on 24 Oct 2021. Just loved it. Had the beef joint with all the trimmings. It was fab, you definitely won't leave hungry. By the way, they did bring extra Yorkshire puddings and cauliflower cheese too.”

“Neat little pub tucked away next to Epping forest in a very calm setting. Very interesting decor and friendly service. Check their website to avoid the few hours each afternoon when kitchen is closed. Food was delicious with great range of daily specials on top of standard menu.”

“From start to finish the service provided by London Essex Outdoor Living has been exceptional. Initial email was recieved and replied to immediately, it was actioned with 100% service, from checking parts in stock to organising engineer to promptly visit and fix problem. The engineers have always been superb at their job and know exactly what they are doing and leave you feeling confident that your expensive purchase has been looked after. “Best wings I’ve had to date. Always come here on Wednesdays for 2 for 1 wings. Mango Mazzaline has to be the best flavour for me, sweet with that kick of scotch bonnet fragrance. Have also tried other flavours and yet still delicious. Loaded fries is just moreish with the lashings of different cheeses. Hidden local gem and a must try!”

“Just wandered in after a lovely big walk in Epping forest with a good old friend, and I have to say, what a fantastic weatherspoons! Ordered a small freshly battered cod and chips with mushy peas and a leffe blonde to wash it down (lunchtime deals of course! £6.99?! Can’t say fairer than that!) Can confidently say it was the best weatherspoons food I’ve ever had, fish was perfectly cooked, fantastically crispy batter whilst maintaining a juicy succulent cod piece in the middle, and might I say generous portions for a small plate! Perfectly poured crisp pint to top it all off, what more could you ask for? The last post? It’s my FIRST choice in Loughton let me tell you that much :)”
