Rest assured, this is the best place to take your beloved furry friends. I wish I could do more to thank everyone at this practice for all the love, kindness and care they have shown my babies and myself over the years. “After arriving home from work I noticed my little dog was acting slightly odd and quickly realized there was an issue with her left eye, I call the Medi vet in South Ockendon where my animals are registered and explained my situation, the staff were amazing and told me to bring her down immediately they would squeeze her in, when I arrived the vet saw me instantly and was incredibly gentle and extremely thorough to check her eye, after a little extra examination she gave me some meds to assist in the healing of her damaged eye, the entire veterinary staff were so patient and kind and made my whole experience a lot better for me.”

Service levels were maintained post our purchase decision and they remained very patient as we had numerous visit requests from tradespeople prior to completion which I have no doubt were burdensome to them. “The vet I had was amazing with my cat and gave us lots and lots of advice about moving with him. Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.”

“We only bring our dog down to London a few times a year, and so we don’t have a regular local vet. After we suspected he had swallowed some plastic, we called Medivet Woolwich, and they were SO helpful. The receptionist was very friendly and calming and knew what to do, speaking to the vet immediately and informing us how long it would take to arrive, as they were prepared to see us straight away. Fortunately, it ended up being a false alarm, so we didn’t end up receiving veterinary care this time; but it is good to know that we have such an amazing practice nearby with excellent staff! She was one of the kindest people I have ever spoken too and very empathetic and got me booked in for an appointment within the hour I called. She was very clear with what to expect and was happy to explain the costs involved to me. All the vets I eventually saw at Beaumont were so kind and their treatment was excellent. They treated my pet so kindly and explained everything so clearly to me. They give you different options and I think are quite practical in the guidance for what is best for you and your pet. All the staff is friendly and my dog is actually excited to visit.
