“Best boarding experience ever! I would give 10 stars if possible. We moved to UK from overseas with a very nervous cat. From the first email contact we had with Chantal I started to relax. She was very responsive, supportive and reassuring. When we got here we had a quick tour (careful not to interact with our cat so we didn't upset her adjustment - Chantal knows cats so well!). It is a lovely facility. Very generous spaces for all cats, sparkling clean, calm environment yet stimulating with plenty of fresh air as well as quiet indoor spaces. Having such a lovely place for our cat during our transition has made our move so much easier. UPDATE: We picked up our cat 4 days ago and brought her to our new home. A house she's never lived in without any of our furniture (it hasn't arrived in UK yet). So there is nothing that is familiar to her (except us). Yet she's amazingly relaxed and has adapted far better than we anticipated based her temperament and our previous overseas moves. She clearly was very happy at The Cat's Whiskers to arrive home in such great emotional and physical shape. We are huge Chantal/Cat Whiskers fans!”

“Very efficient - greeted as we arrived & vet came out immediately. Listened patiently to our list of ‘to dos’ & knew most of them from previous phone call. Routine jabs but we have a very nervous & frightened 3year old dog who has separation anxiety. She tries to nip when the needle goes in so vet brought a muzzle out with her. Very kind vet & our dog struggled for a few minutes but she calmed her down - by the time the vet brought her out she was fine. One happy dog & all up-to-date with her jabs. Thank you.”

“Beautiful caring staff, lovely situation, the only place I will ever leave my cat. The cabins are sheltered with an indoor section with a bed and heat lamp. Lots of climbing spaces and shelves to perch on. You can look at them before you book, and you get to settle your cat in the cabin yourself. They call straight away if there is anything unusual. My family now use them too for their older cats. Mine is an grumpy rescue girl, they understand cats and have worked with her super well.”

“This is by far the best, most trusted vets I have ever used. I feel so proud and happy to have both my dogs treated by this practice. Leuban- the vet (excuse if I spelt his name wrong) is very personable, understanding and lovely. The wonderful ladies manning reception are incredibly under-rated. They were extremely great receptionists and vet staff. Always so friendly and kind. They make me and my dogs feel so welcome. The vet nurses are also wonderful. Rest assured, this is the best place to take your beloved furry friends. I wish I could do more to thank everyone at this practice for all the love, kindness and care they have shown my babies and myself over the years. “BEST TRAINING SCHOOL EVER!!! I have recently completed a 3 day cat grooming course with Heidi and her daughter Christine and I Absolutely loved every minute of it! Every one of the Absolutely Animals team were so welcoming, professional and knowledgeable which helped me massively with my learning. I came to this Grooming school knowing very little about cats and after 3 days I left with the confidence to groom any cat and inform their owners on how to look after their cats coat. Since my training I have now successfully completed cat grooming days at my salon and am so happy to now be confident and knowledgeable enough to offer this service along side dog grooming. I was so happy with the quality of training and the passion that the groomers have for teaching and caring for animals that I have decided to complete a level 4 qualification with Heidi and am hoping to send one of my staff members on their level 3 dog grooming qual very soon.”

“After arriving home from work I noticed my little dog was acting slightly odd and quickly realized there was an issue with her left eye, I call the Medi vet in South Ockendon where my animals are registered and explained my situation, the staff were amazing and told me to bring her down immediately they would squeeze her in, when I arrived the vet saw me instantly and was incredibly gentle and extremely thorough to check her eye, after a little extra examination she gave me some meds to assist in the healing of her damaged eye, the entire veterinary staff were so patient and kind and made my whole experience a lot better for me.”

Service levels were maintained post our purchase decision and they remained very patient as we had numerous visit requests from tradespeople prior to completion which I have no doubt were burdensome to them. “Best vet I ever had. They are so helpful, friendly, and kind and reassuring its unbelievable. They are very caring about the animals its not just a job for them they do genuinely care. They are about average in terms of costs but they do try to help by offering other alternative solutions in regards to paying for any care, services, treatments such as payment plan agreements which is good because not all vets do something like that an some vets its just a job for the staff in the sense they are not really bothered about the animals their just there to do a 9 - 5 PM. So all in all a really good fantastic genuinely caring vets would really recommend to others.”

“Izzy was the vet whom saw me and my kitten. Having experience of many vets , and being able to let you know that I have been to Goddard in Northolt , I can already say IN JUST ONE VISIT, that you’re miles ahead . Miles ahead . We have not had good experiences at Goddard and thought we could trust a recognised brand. But myself and my wife can say we are vet4pets for life . The vet who saw me was empathetic to the feelings I had when I lost my last few kittens and cats to extremely rare diseases. Rare as such that the RVC took my kittens as patients for free because they wanted to see what they could do solve the situation. The lead vet who used to work at Goddard ( Alexander ) really reminds me of Izzy, just a gentle and nice person . The rest of Goddard have no empathy or understanding”
