“Wonderful time here. Food was on point , bought a combo meal which was 18 quid. Which is two main courses. And 2 sides. The oxtail was amazing and tender. And stew its in was well put together. The jerk chicken was great aswell although I wasn't keen on the sauce. Guiness punch was lovely too.staff were great and ill definable be back”

“Fantastic hidden gem of the Cheam area. Stumbled across this having lived in the locality all my life! Loads of vintage clothes, furniture, bits and bobs. Will definitely be heading back there every so often to see what surprises I can uncover. Sue and Caroline are lovely as well.”

“Such a wonderful vibe as soon as we walked through the door. Antonio and his staff were all extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was was clean, tidy with such a comfortable bed. The room had a good sized ensuite and sufficient storage. It was also surprisingly quiet considering you were in a London pub. The unique boutique twist in the room extended from the relaxed atmosphere the main pub and dining area offered. The food for a pub, was outstanding. We felt it was just as good, (certainly cheaper) thanThe Ivy (London), we visited in the evening for a birthday celebration. The question to ask is, "Would we go back there"? Our answer woukd be, "Absolutely".”

“Stayed for my Wife's birthday. Great location. 10/15 minute walk to the river front and canary wharf. Staff were lovely. The room was great, quiet too. The design of the place is eclectic. Well worth a visit.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff could not be more accommodating. Fantastic service all round, beautiful and comfortable rooms with the most amazing views. We had a couples massage and it was truly the best massage we have ever had-Highly recommend if you have time during your stay. The only downside was that room service is advertised as 24hour but it is actually only until 10.30pm. Breakfast was also phenomenal. Thank you!”

“I have been using this shop since it has first opened, and they have helped me out with all my emergency outfits that I need last minute. The customer service is great and are always completing outfits you may put together or giving you advice on what would match and what wouldn’t. I went in today to yet again find a last minute outfit and the guy gladly helped me out with getting sixes and a fresh pair of cargos that I picked out, the manager or owner (not too sure) is also very nice he is very talkative and will have a great laugh with you, for example I tagged them in my Instagram post for my birthday as I got my whole outfit was from them, they quickly liked and commented, I went into the store and he said how was your birthday and that I looked really good in the dress , I really can’t fault them they are a great company and glad they are based in Croydon”

“I always shop at the online store of Beyond Retro, but finally visited London and had to visit their store. Such a cool vibe inside, it felt like you were in a different dimension LMAO 2 floors jam-packed with vintage clothing; lots of awesome finds, some cheap some expensive, branded and unbranded. A big mix of everything you could want. Can't wait to return here :)”

“Decided to give this restaurant a try. Have lived in Kensal rise for many years and have always walked by. Having read the most recent reviews on taste, I must say they are not wrong. Friendly welcome. Food portions are good. Food quality is brilliant. Food is fresh, not oily and very tasty. Chicken and prawn puree starters were delicious. Korma was light and very coconutty, Rogan Josh was full of flavour, mutton biryani was great soft tender lamb pieces, vegetarian thali was great and the pathia was very spicy but tasty. Price is pretty decent. It's such a shame the place isn't busier because it's an amazing little place. Will definitely be coming back.”

Astor Hyde Park strikes the near-impossible balance between social and laid-back that makes for an ideal environment. The staff is super friendly and helpful; thanks to Siissi for literally always being around to answer my relentless questions. Clean, comfortable, amenities—all that. Coming back to this hostel felt like returning home.”
