● Open“The Park Grand is a very nice hotel very clean and lovely rooms with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Stayed one night after going to Twickenham and had drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. The menu was mostly Indian food which I like very much and is cooked on demand not microwaved out of the freezer, there are some alternatives, but it is Indian focused. The garlic naans are among the best I have ever had, and I've been going to India for 25 years at least. A great night's sleep in a comfy bed and finished off the stay with a full buffet style breakfast with fresh cooked eggs etc far too much to tell without typing all day but let's just say it was so good that I went round twice, and it was good value. The only downside is the fact that parking is very limited, however we did get a space, so all was well.”

I’m traveling with wife and children and noticed - at the airport - that I had not brought a jacket... less than 2 hours before boarding to Sweden. Melissa quickly showed all options that were travel practical and when we found the perfect one - they did not have it in the right size. It took less than 15 minutes for the team to bring the right size from another terminal store. She and her colleague Tim treated the children with such great care and made what is usually a boring experience to children quite fun... Thank you Melissa!”
