"I ordered a caramel latte. And the drink was complete bitter and I couldn’t sense any flavour in it. Customer service could also be improved more. Way of calling out the names of the customer is not a good way. The person who writes the name at least should write it clearly or the person who calls out the name should be careful in the pronunciation. I sensed lot of customers around who felt bad about it. Felt bit expensive as well for a latte."
