Excellent system in place, efficient and welcoming staff and volunteers, the guy who did the injection was clear about possible side effects, managing those and I barely noticed the needle. Thank you to the team for running a superb outfit here and keep up the good work.”

“Positive: Kitchen has everything needed, big smart TV, big table, comfortable bed and sofa, heating, regular cleaning, gym, 10 minute walk to the train station. Great and friendly staff. Manager Muhammad is the best, helped me twice to extend the stay right before checkouts. Negative: Ceiling is pretty thin, so you can hear people above walking. Small things in the bathroom like loose toilet seat and leaky soap dispenser.”

“We had our 7 year old's birthday party here and it was absolutely magical, we also had a 2 year old and a 4 year old who felt very involved too. It was so generous how much interaction the kids had with the animals, they got to feed them and stroke them. It was amazingly calm and well organised, such wonderful staff”

Although, I perceive a strange scent around the corridor and I have to spray my room with perfume as I can't withstand the smells.
