The menu has a wide range of choice, from popular and well-known to more traditional Nepalese dishes. It was all delicious, and a good price for the portions, especially the sharing platter. “My new favourite place to eat! The portions are big, the food is fresh and served piping hot. It's very healthy as well (i went for the beef steak with rice and spinach with a diet coke...only cost £8 in total). The man who runs the place is very welcoming and generous. He saw I had a lot of meat still left on my plate and so asked if I wanted more rice - no extra charge! This place is one of London's undiscovered gems!”

“First time I ever ate Ethiopian food and it did not disappoint. The Red Sea platter was fantastic and I became addicted to the flatbread. I also ordered a side of grilled chicken expecting something quite small and what came out was basically the equivalent of a quarter chicken serving from Nandos plus a side salad...this side had a side! Portions are generous, service is friendly and it had a nice community atmosphere.”

“Cosy Chinese restaurant about 10minutes walk from Ealing coming station (12 from Acton Town), next to the PureGym. Ordered the Shanghai noodles, green beans and chilli and friend sliced beef with spring onions. All dishes tasted great, and the service was nice and quick. Will definitely go back again.”

“Great food, good portions, fast and polite service and a good price. Mangal has nailed the key attributes a good restaurant should have (and that many much more expensive ones fail to). Even when there was a mistake on my order the waiter was very apologetic and gave me an extra portion even though I told him it was ok. The Turkish tea at the end was a great touch! I will certainly be back, and bring my friends. Thank you!”

“The place where this shop is very convenient is on the High street on Uxbridge Road near a big chain of shops. Near have a car park and bus stops for customers without cars. The shop is big and has a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables row meat and salami. As well here have almost all the polish food from the cakes to the baby's food. This shop is part of my weekly shopping.”

If you have to book 2 weeks in advance to get a table for a Friday or Saturday, then obviously the restaurant is a success. The food is simply amazing and the atmosphere is well & truly friendly.
