"Lost a very loyal customer. Have been ordering from Zaza’s since they first opened and have recommended to so many people. Decided to order via the app today, but due to being in a rush mistakenly entered the incorrect door number. The food was eventually retrieved however an item was missing and when I called them to query, the staff spoke very rudely on the phone, refused to give a refund, accused my neighbour of stealing the food (who didn’t touch the bag, only accepted delivery as she thought we were not home) and told me to call back when the manager arrives. I was very upset as I order from here all the time and have never had any issues. This was not acceptable."

"Absolutely rubbish for value for money £19 for a mixed kebab with barely any meat, literally 10 cubes of meat and a couple chips. You stated on the phone it was for 2. This didn’t even fill up one. Taste was average too. I never leave reviews but this was a absolute bump everyone should know."

Looking at the restaurant itself very clean triple a star the taste of the kebab outstanding brilliant place to eat with your family I will recommend Every family should try. I’ve eating in inside the restaurant and also ordering takeaway and I also get a delivery can’t stop this is best kebab."

"Fantastic food and delivered in great packaging. I prefer to buy direct from the restaurant to support the business better as all delivery methods take a cut of profits. Portion sizes are really decent especially the shawarma. It can feed at least 2 people. The wraps are my favourite. I've had mostly chicken dishes but never been disappointed. Highly recommended restaurant. All food is halal here."

"The labanese grill located in Uxbridge is recently renovated with fresh look and new menu. We tried Seafood it was great and tasty. You Lebanon theme Resturant with beautiful pictures and live kitchen to other. They also do wraps , bugers , kebab, salad and fresh juices. The prices are very fair with good service. It is good for families too however they have only few tables. You can also order as takeaway."
