We had 2 thai soups which were the best we had in a while, super flavoured, tasty, and the other dishes were perfectly cooked as well and very, very good. Everything was piping hot and tasted fresh!! “Not sure about the older reviews - I see mixed opinions; my experience with it - we just ordered from Rajeev after he moved to the Jolly Farmers pub. Food was very nice, arrived quick with no delivery fee and they’ve got a lot of mains in the menu that I never tried / you typically don’t find in most Indian restaurants. We’ll order again surely and looking forward for the summer to eat in at the pub garden.”

“Ate in with family for a birthday meal. All the curries, rice, pappadums and chutneys were excellent. We tried the korma, tikka masala, dopiaza, bhuna and biryani. A few pieces of chicken were tougher than I like but I felt the curries made up for it didn't take anything away from my enjoyment of the meal. Service is excellent from every staff member we interacted with. One dish I wasn't very sure about was the Leemu ice cream. It comes in a very well presented pot so is fun to eat, however the consistency was harder and icier than I expected. It was more like a hard sorbet than ice cream. So whilst my meal wasn't absolutely perfect, I did enjoy the overall experience and felt that it was great value. Our total bill was on par with ordering from a take away.”

“Top Class family run Indian / Bangladeshi takeaway in South Croydon CR2. Food is always fresh, consistent and piping hot... Guy on the telephone is mega polite and always remembers your order too... Delivery guys are friendly and always spend a few minutes asking about your life and holidays... Reasonably priced, good quality, well established (+15 years!) and local! 10/10”

“Allahummabarak food was TOPS! A*****! If I could give this a 6 stars rating I would. I collected the food and was piping hot, their biryani and dhaal especially never fails to surprise me, best dhaal I’ve ever had. I also ordered some butter chicken, korma, the jalalis special and one of their prawn dishes, everything was bursting of flavour, and you could taste the uniqueness in every dish, food was fresh and cooked in the time I desired, would definitely order again, thank you.”

“We went to try this restaurant for the first time. We ordered Chicken sandwiches and chicken salad. All was fresh and delicious. The staff who served us was very nice and friendly. It’s a small restaurant but food was good and atmosphere was great as well”

“This establishment is excellent value for money and they are prompt in the production of the food. They always use fresh vegetables such as onions peppers broccoli carrots and the wide selection of options on the menu is enough to satisfy even the fussiest of eaters. The shop doesn’t look much when you go inside and the food belies this as it is always hot tasty cooked properly and with decent ingredients. Definitely give them a try.”
