"My experience with them is mostly good.This time took a home delivery and rest others were ok but this Paneer Ottapam was a big shock for us.We did have paneer ottapam earlier from them but this time it was something not expected. The picture is attached ...in noway it looks like Ottapam nor have i ever seen cubes of paneer thrown over the panecake in an ugly way.Very disappointed with this .So i except Chennai Dosa to look into it and improve its quality and plating. It was a disaster."

"A total nightmare which started badly and went downhill. Seven of us went for Sunday lunch, the place was dead which should have been a warning. The lighting was unpleasant and the gents toilet grubby and smelly. The staff took ages to come to our table and even longer before they came back for an order. One of the party has a nut allergy and as instructed on the several signs around the restaurant we told the staff about this every time we interacted with them. We ordered a selection of starters, which we were assured were nut free. When they arrived, they were bland and greasy and the masala Poppadom was soggy. After we'd eaten these the allergic member of our party began to react to the nut traces that had been in her food despite us telling them about her allergy and being assured that none of it contained nuts. At this point the main courses started to arrive including her paneer dish which we had checked at least twice didn't contain nuts, we checked again the waiter went to the kitchen and came back and assured us that there were no nuts in it. Fortunately, she waited for the other people to be served because another waiter came back five minutes later and told us that it contained cashew nuts. At this point we all left having totally lost confidence in the ability of the restaurant to provide safe food. In summary: the food we had was mediocre and the restaurant is so poorly managed that it is dangerous. Avoid."
