"I ordered a special birthday bouquet for my daughter in London and what I asked for was delivered. I live in New Zealand and Vicki the florist provided exactly what I wished for. The roses were in perfect condition and had a perfume and the bouquet was put together with care and consideration. This is the second order I have asked Vicki to do and I will certainly use her florist shop again. My daughter and even wee granddaughter loved the roses and they put a smile on everyones face. "Recently drove past Victoria’s flowers in Ruislip high street and decided to pop in. It’s very clear how much they value their customers and she went over and above what I was actually after, the bouquet was vibrant and beautiful! When they arrived to the recipient that lasted for over a week as you always think will they start wilting quite fast Actually they even wrapped it in a bow and gave a lovely carry box too I thought this was extremely kind and definitely made me feel like they valued me as a customer Best customer service experience I have received in a long time! "I can only but praise this florist. We called a day before to order a teddy bear funeral floral wreath with a personal added long message. Victoria's Flowers did not hesitate to take my order and promised me they would get this done and delivered on time. When i saw the the floral wreath at the funeral, it was put together so perfectly with the long message that i was so impressed and happy that we went with Victoria's.
