“Our tour guide, Rachel was the best! We had just come off of a fairly active cruise around the United Kingdom with 14 stops and we had already spent 2 jam packed days in London. To say we were tired is an understatement. Rachel, tailored our day with some walking and a ton of history. This lady knows London inside and out! I really wanted to see Abbey Road. She even snapped some pictures of us in the crosswalk. We also had Sunday Roast in a little pub. The perfect end to a great trip.”

“I've stayed in quite a few Premier Inns and this one was absolutely fantastic, from the time we walked in at 12:30pm they sorted us a room when we weren't supposed to check in till 3 p.m. The man on the check desk was absolutely brilliant, polite, smart etc. The property itself looks newly renovated and the room was perfect. Even when we checked out the cleaner was in the corridor and greeted us with a friendly good morning and asked how we were. As I checked out a different person was on the desk who was equally polite and well dressed, ask me how my stay was etc. Overall a fantastic experience and would give them 10 out of 5 if I could. (I don't write a lot of reviews but I thought I had too express how good this place was)”

“Went to the spa here. Very lovely place. Staff were friendly from all areas. Facilities were small and average. Sauna out of order which my partner always enjoys. Not much privacy around the spa. We both got a massage and it was amazing. Both masseurs Rosa and Suna were lovely and friendly and did really good jobs. Definitely the best part of the visit. Don't think it was completely worth the money as you only get 1 hour use of facilities with offer.”

This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. Lovely welcome by receptionist. Room was a good size and v. clean with city view out. Nice seating lobby area. Would definitely stay again, if we got a good price like this time, as booked quite a way in advance.”

“First thing we were greeted at the Victoria coach station. The folks had the tour set up very well and asked us to line up in the cue for the tour we were taking. We then boarded the coach and were greeted by Rowan and Rafeal. We went to Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath. During this time we were given lots of history and facts by Rowan. She was very knowledgeable about a each area and was very funny at times. We enjoyed spending the day with her. We would recommend this tour for anyone looking for a full day trip. Rafael was a good driver and got us to and from our stops safely. Thank you for a memorable day trip!”

“Absolutely fantastic tour. Liza was a great guide with a lot of knowledge not only about the area we departed from (London, Dover Road) but also Dover castle, the White Cliffs, and Canterbury Cathedral. We had great weather which really added to the day but it would have been just the same even in the rain. We booked through Viator which was easy enough. Recommend bringing water and snacks and using the bathroom wherever you go. Not easy for people with mobility issues in some places at Dover Castle and the cliffs but the Cathedral was easy.”

“I have been using tower estates for the last two years and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future as they have been great and deal with all my property issues promptly. Although I had a very bad tenant they made sure to resolve all issues prior to bringing it to my attention and avoided me having to have unnecessary stress and I can honestly say that I am very happy that they manage my property and will continue to add to my portfolio through tower estates. I have all my messages replied to within one hour and I couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommend them.”

“Evening Jazz Cruise. What a brilliant evening out. Includes a three course dinner and a welcoming glass of fizz. Comfortable and very clean boat, excellent food. Very efficient, friendly staff, and the jazz quartet were excellent. All the night-time sights as you glide from Westminster to Greenwich and back. Heartily recommended.”

“I bought the tickets online for city cruises 24th hop on hop off. A good value for family. We get on in London eye pier then all the way to Greenwich then back to Westminster pier. You will have a total different view from boat of the city. Very comfortable in the sunny day. The narrator on the boat was so funny, making your journey more enjoyable.”

We are ordered 2 appetizers /2 mains/1 dessert/1 bottle of wine/1 glass of dessert wine/1 liquor around 384 pounds. Staffs are very professional. “Had a great time on the tour of Stratford-Upon-Avon, the Cotswolds, and Oxford. Good way to visit all in one day. Our tour guide Gareth was friendly and knowledgeable. The driver was also great. Would use them again and recommend then for their other day tours.”

“Best way to see London and eayiest way to get into the centre and to Greenwich. Cheaper then the river bus if you show the ticket office a travel card or Oyster card. Takes the same amount if time as the river bus. Double decker boats, open top desk. Coffee and food, snacks and bar all on the boat and bathrooms. Live or recorded commentary in English but free headphone so you can hear 7 other languages. Friendly staff, amazing views. They also offer special boats for Afternoon tea, Lunch or Dinner cruises also very good. If you want to go to a London attraction you can save money by buying the tickets with City Cruises. Highly recommend this, better then sitting the tube / subway train in London.”
