Feels so lovely to have a vets that will do what is best by your animal and feel at ease that my boy is in the best hands with a vets I can trust. They go above and beyond. Every staff member I have had an encounter with has been lovely and really pleased I registered. Thank you so much!”

“I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. I was in shock and the receptionists were FANTASTIC, they jumped into action straight away and made sure both me and my boy were okay. The vet and the nurse were also fantastic! Our dog has severe issues at the vets, which added to my concern in the situation (and his, most likely!) but they were so very kind and patient with him. It ended up being not too bad of a wound, and I can't express how grateful I am to them for helping both him and myself in a really stressful situation. I was a bit of a mess when I arrived and was MUCH calmer by the end of the visit, which is entirely down to the wonderful staff being so attentive and caring with my boy. Based on this visit, I could not recommend Alder's enough :)”

“Recently our cat was involved in a road traffic accident and I can truly say that the care he received at Medivet saved his life before he could be transferred to Fitzpatricks Referrals. Would highly recommend this practice. He was firstly treated by Vets Now at Stockton by Nick and Hannah who were amazing and then handed over to another vet whose name I forget unfortunately and Meryl. They were all incredible and we will be eternally grateful for their support and expertise”

Prince is so special to us all, and you did everything you could and more to save him. Everyone that works at aura is so lovely and kind and professional, they provided round the clock intensive care for our boy, and carried out major surgery and because of that he is still with us now. “Nobody likes dental treatment but this is as good as it gets. Everybody is very pleasant & efficient. I have been a patient for many years and had fillings & implants. Maybe I'm fortunate to be registered as an NHS patient but their charges are very reasonable. I trust the dentists to be excellent at what they do. There is plenty of car parking and the building is pleasant.”

“I was seen by the consultant Mr. Agrawal on Wednesday because of unbearable pain due to Kidney Stone as shown by the CT Scan. I was operated on the next day. I am so glad I chose that option as the stone was breached and would prolong my agony. I am now pain free and back to normal. The care was excellent and very professional from outpatients to discharge! The staff was so warm and so caring. Extra care was given to me as a patient with round the clock checks until my discharge the following day. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended!”

I was well cared for and received amazing care and multiple services which would have taken me months to do without their support.
