“Been here with my family on several occasions now and it is a lot of fun! The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The trampolines and other attractions are in great condition and they offer a lot of other fun activities like the Clip and Climb walls. We worried about them because of the heat wave but the daily updates kept us reassured that they were in great hands. We also really loved that they did daily weight checks for the dogs to make sure they weren’t losing weight due to stress. They really do take the well-being of your dogs seriously. “Had a problem with a Honda lawnmower which I'd bought a few months earlier (surging when warm). Initially was told may or may not be warranty, but I sent an email explaining the issue and had a call back within 30 mins from Paul. Dropped the mower off on a Tuesday - was told by another member of staff it "may be a few weeks", but received a call the next day from Paul to say all was fixed and mower was ready to pick up (it was a faulty gasket fitted by the factory). Shame about poor Honda quality control, but thumbs up to Ernest Doe for solving the problem quickly.”
