"After deliberating for nearly 20 years about what to do with my old kitchen I finally took the plunge and decided to have a new kitchen. After some online research I visited a few shops on Esher High Street. Upon entering Turner and Foye Stacey immediately made me feel very comfortable. An appointment was made and Stacey soon visited my house. What immediately struck me about her approach was that she asked me how I used my kitchen and from the start she worked around my needs rather than imposing preconceived ideas. My old (not that large) kitchen had used the space quite well, but having customised units rather than being limited to standard sizes made all the difference. From the beginning the plans and estimates were very detailed and professional. The software Stacey uses is very impressive. Stacey and Anna visited my house regularly to present the designs, explain and discuss ideas and changes very patiently. I often find it difficult to take decisions. I was never pressured into anything. Turner and Foye work with excellent professional craftsmen and recommended an excellent builder to me who renovated and prepared the kitchen to an outstanding quality so the cabinetry could be installed in a perfect manner. The total project management was superb. And needless to say, the kitchen turned out to be of highest quality and standards. Working with Stacey and Anna was a delight. They took the stress away from the upheaval of putting in a new kitchen. I would definitely recommend Turner and Foye."

"After looking at the usual high street brands we realised that all most of them offer are standard size units with little to no customisation or imagination. We were looking for something a bit more for our new kitchen extension. Given the time we have been spending in our house we wanted to ensure it met all our needs so we decided to look at independents that could do a real custom kitchen to fit all our needs. We found this at Turner & Foye in Esher. Anna and Marc were superb. We had lots of ideas about what we wanted and they listened and delivered. Nothing was too big an ask - even making several changes throughout the process. They came up with a brilliant plan that incorporated all our foodie requests (including some amazing appliances for my husband that loves to cook). They worked very well with our builder and interior designer to deliver our kitchen in the very complicated times of the pandemic. We had several delays due to COVID and related pinging, and a couple boiler issues, but Anna immediately rescheduled all the different contractors to ensure smooth delivery. The fitter was fantastic and our kitchen is a dream now that it is complete. We would highly recommend using Turner & Foye to get the kitchen you truly want."

Emma was prompt in turning round documents at the relevant planning stages, meticulous in her attention to detail and a true pleasure to work with. She liaised well with the project manager and other parties involved and I felt more than comfortable leaving her in charge when we vacated the property during the installation stage.
