“After reading the Google reviews I was worried about going to this practice but it was the only dentist that would see me in the area . The receptionist was very accommodating and registered me in and gave me an appointment within 2 days . The dentist was a lovely young lady that started working there last September and explained everything to me In details, took her time and was extremely gentle and polite . The price was really good. The dentist assistant was lovely too and even hold my hand :) I have changed a lot of dentist in london as i had some very bad experiences and I have to say I was so overwhelmed by the amazing service I received at this practice and even registered the rest of my family . “I have to say that Molebridge has improved 100%. It did go slightly downhill for a short time but the receptionists have a much better attitude than over the previous few years and from a personal perspective, I think they are all doing a magnificent job under the circumstances. Those who criticise should maybe work there for a day or 2 and experience the huge pressure that these surgeries are under.”

“I must say reading all the negative reviews, has really shocked me. I have been with this practise for about a year now. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. The receptionists can never do enough for me and are always so helpful. Dr White is currently helping me and I must say she is very thorough, always calls back if I need to ask advice and i instantly felt comfortable. Thank you. Some reviews have been quite rude…. But you cannot please everyone and I think those people must be very hard to please or woke on the wrong side of the bed!!”

“I was seen by the lovely team on the first floor scanning and gynaecology yesterday! Their last few patients had cancelled but they still stayed late to see me at the end of the day. Saw me straight away and their communication prior to the appointment was excellent by the lovely lady on reception. I was seen by a wonderful male doctor (sorry I don’t know any of your names) they all made me feel super at ease! Thanks again!”

“I was seen after a long wait. It was such a dreadful journey before I could speak to someone, when seen, I was encountered with understanding and respect and felt seen and validated which really encouraged me in my healing process. My therapist (Emma) was the best and I wish this place a long future ahead, unfortunately after reading all the reviews, it is sad that not everyone received the same treatment as me, which I can only redirect it to cuts in the NHS, and hiring people that are willing to work and not live off benefits like most brits (both lifestyles are good). The receptionists were amazing, they often asked me to fill in formularies, and I will forever remember those blue sofas in the waiting hallway. It is sad not being able to stay in touch with the doctors that saw me since this is my only way of saying thank you :)”

“Wow! Amazing place! I found these guys honest and old fashioned, not after my money but after giving me the truth. It is a piece of old Hanwell, and worth it just to see the shop's grey parrot! When he said "Hello" in a husky voice I jumped out of my skin! Apparently he also says "everything for a tenner" but he didn't say that to me. Merely "What's your name?" also in a low voice for a parrot. The till is an antique. A quirky shop with old-fashioned expertise, and they know their stuff. The workshop is right there so they do the diagnosis there and then.”
