“Fantastic products and great customer care too. I was gifted the little chick london baby crib and can honestly say it was amazing! I had looked into alternatives before seeing this crib but a lot of the reviews I read all said that babies outgrew them by 4 months and many parents then felt forced into moving their baby into their own room due to lack of space. My daughter was able to sleep next to me but in her own space until she was 7 months old and could have continued sleeping there for another 2 or so months had it not been my decision to move her into her own room. The sides of the crib are mesh so I never worried about breathing issues and the crib folded very easily for the times I felt I needed extra space (could easily have been put up and down throughout the day). The Scandinavian style was modern and appealing to me too! A truly fantastic product that I’d recommend over and over again. The company themselves have always been incredibly helpful, efficient with dispatching orders and have always provided with me with excellent customer service and their products are very well priced in comparison with competitors. “My husband and I visited Bad Axe on a whim one day while we were at Boxpark Wembley and this did not disappoint! Our host was fantastic and by the end of the hour, we were loving it (whether the throw was good or bad!). The staff are helpful, the place is kept really clean, and we felt very safe with all distancing, sanitation, and safety requirements (you are throwing sharp blades after all). Axe throwing is definitely not just for the athletically gifted; even I got into it and was loving it despite not being that sporty otherwise. You'll definitely feel so badass doing this. We can't wait to do it again!”

“I had a lovely breakfast here this morning. It was absolutely delicious and prepared so quickly! The coffee was amazing and my partner and I felt so welcomed by the staff. As an added bonus, I was so surprised at how reasonably priced the items were! We had two large breakfasts and two iced coffees for just over £15! Great experience - cannot reccomend enough :)”

Great pizza, lovely chips which they left unsalted as knew they were for kids but provided sachets of salt, pepper and garlic dip. Absolutely nailed it. 10 kids, 2 adults, 6 pizzas - all delighted. “My beloved Gucci Signature Horsebit Mules, purchased in 2007 at the Gucci Store on Sloane Street. Totally fell apart on the soles whilst i was at a Concert. To be fair i hadn't worn them in about 10yrs prior. I was devastated, i immediately took them back to Sloane Street Gucci Aftersales. I was holding on to a tiny bit of hope that my shoes could be saved. After they agreed to take them they sent them to Florence to the factory. Unfortunately i was contacted shortly saying that my shoes could not be repaired by Gucci as they no longer had the original parts to do the repair authentically. I refused to give up then i met the Magician INA i was following them on iG and saw the miracles she was doing. I had to get in touch, i sent her pics through whatsapp and then booked an appointment. When she physically saw how badly broken they were i dont think she was sure a repair was possible. But she said she'll do her best. After about 3 weeks she contacted me with pictures i literally was in tears. She rebuilt the whole soles again and they look as good as before. I would tell anyone who has any imposibble items torepair ro contact them. They are amazing honestly. I am.Very HAPPY I DID”

“Where do I begin? This hotel exceeded my and my husbands expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and I would even go as far to say opulent. When we arrived we were put in and ADA queen room. I didn’t think much of it, but my husband checked our original reservation and we had booked a superior king room with a park view. He went down to let them know about the mix up. Doreen helped to sort everything out and to make up for the error, comped us a suite. We have never felt so cared for in the hospitality realm as we did from Doreen and the rest of the staff at Kimpton Fitzroy. We will always always stay here when we visit London going forward as a result of her and her teams exceptional service. As far as we are concerned, this is the best hotel in London. I would also like to say that every staff member at this hotel was exceptional from the door man to concierge to management. They know what they’re doing here.”

“I will come back to Adagio Aparthotel. Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. Everything was 10 out of 10, and specially the Service and more precisely William. I asked him about the best route to London and through the city and he recommended me various options that turned out to be very good. Kudos to him.”

“Once arriving in London, we took the underground to our hotel located near the heart of London. The hub by Premier Inn was by far the cheapest “decent” hotel in London (without resorting to a hostel). Upon arrival, we were notified that we were too early to check in. They also mentioned that they were replacing the beds in all rooms and it might take a bit longer than normal. We left our bags with the main desk and continued on with our day. Once we came back, we checked in and opened the door to a quaint and modern hotel room. Everything was very clean and tidy. It’s worth to note that the amount of storage here was incredible. They utilize the space well and doesn’t make anyone feel they are in tight quarters. The water pressure was spectacular and the water was always warm/hot. The front desk helped us make travel arrangements after checking out of the hotel and were pretty friendly. Overall, this would be where I stay if I need an inexplicable hotel option in London.”

“Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”

“I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. I have always had a pleasant experience, but my most recent experience has been so fantastic I really wanted to share how lovely it has been. Upon arrival I got chatting to a staff member (Rita) about our stay and mentioned it was my friend's (the other guest) birthday. She pulled me aside and asked for my room number and told me she would do something special. When we came back from an evening at the theatre we found that Rita had placed confetti, birthday banners, chocolates, prosecco and balloons in our room. When we went down to thank her she took the time to chat to us and made sure we had everything we needed. When we mentioned we were staying a few nights she asked if we had booked breakfast for the morning. When we said we hadn't she sorted it so we had a complimentary breakfast for the next day. She made us feel so welcome and homely, it really made me emotional. With all that is going on in the world at the moment, it restored my faith in humanity to have someone do such a selfless act just out of the kindness of their heart. I will never stay at another hotel in London again. This hotel is superior by far. Thank you so much Rita and the team for making our stay so enjoyable.”

“We stayed in this hotel Fri-Mon as a base to explore London. Wow we were impressed. Firstly the staff, everyone we spoke to were super friendly and really helpful. Secondly, the laid back lobby/cafe area had a really great vibe, we were happy spending a few hours in here one evening. They offered us two free drinks as we joined their membership (completely free and just a touch of a link). The breakfast was perfect, cooked well and great selection. The room has everything you need, good size and extremely quiet. We didn’t hear anything outside of our room. The wifi is good throughout, the beds are really comfy and there are spare cushions in the rooms. Checkout is 12 which is great for London! Location wise, this is just outside of the tube station (jubilee line) so couldn’t be more convenient, we recommend heading towards the o2 for great restaurants, dockside walks and the cable car only 1 stop away or 15 minute walk. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely book an Ibis again.”
