Martina was thorough, knowledgable and supportive. She would work on getting mobility and give me stretches & exercises as needed that fit my schedule to help me progress. Part way through the series I booked with her I fractured my ankle, and she just adjusted my exercises so I could continue manage my initial issues (where those symptoms were 90% resolved and up to me to manage ingoing) then also helped in managing and treating my foot too. Firstly the place is extremely clean and well looked after. The owner is polite and explains everything to you in detail before going ahead. Pros and cons, what to do and what to avoid and how to get the best results. I was told not to pluck anymore hairs and to shave the day before avoiding any oils and creams. The process took an hour and a half total and I was concerned about the pain, I didn’t feel anything and I saw results from the first session. I had previously used another company and the machine burnt me and left a mark on my armpit. I was reluctant to try laser again but thankfully to Sandra she’s reassured me and I look forward to my final result on a hairless body. Price is worth every penny!”

● Open“I injured my wrist in a freakish accident 3 years ago. I left it and gradually as I stopped using my arm as much it became weaker and pain developed in my elbow, shoulder and neck. Washing my car or doing my garden would leave me in pain for days. In February this year, I decided to see a physio but was a bit skeptical as I had seen 3 or 4 in but did no like them. I found Dan on Google and he diagnosed me on the first appointment. He put in place specific programmes which I followed assiduously and 3 months after I was discharged after being in pain for years. My pain is literally gone, my arm feels stronger and I have been going to the gym lifting light weight. I will be adding more weights gradually as I am getting more confident. Dan is very friendly and was available on the phone or email when I had questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend him. Thank you Dan!”
