Feng Sushi Camberwell
● Closed“I became a take away fan of this place since I discovered during the lockdown and the true is that they never have let me down. I love their party platter as I can share and taste a bit of everything with my friends, their hand rolls and the poke bowls also are on the top of my favourites!. Great food, nice presentation and the service always above the usual...”

ICHIRIKI SUSHI HOUSE
● Closed“Fantastic little sushi place - so tasty and really well priced! Everything was super fresh, authentic and the taste was top notch. Generous portions, lovely staff, menu easy to follow and order from. The restaurant itself is tiny so reservations are recommended. I tried the twmpura prawn sushi roll and we ordered another portion, it was that good. Nigiri selection was a fun way of trying a variety of fish, and (surprisingly) the pumpkin croquettes were the best I've had in my life (wouldn't have expected that from a humble pumpkin!). Overall a fantastic experience. A tiny let down was the dessert, Japanese cake with red bean paste. It was just a pre-packaged pancake from a powder with bean paste served cold. Definitely did not enjoy that, but the place is known for its sushi not its desserts! The sushi is 10/10, just go elsewhere for dessert.”

Koyo Sushi
● Closed“Second time in two weeks. First time, brothers birthday. Second, with work colleagues. Alex is a warm and attentive host with newbies(of Japanese cuisine), staff are genuinely supportive and informative about the stunning and tasty dishes. Also grateful for the recommendations to other bars in Amersham (The Beech house). Koyo is a worthy Japanese SUSHI experience, please book as space is limited. Food is freshly made and competitively priced. Alcohol is available, traditionally Japanese beers and wines as well as quality champagne and fine wines. Located 8mins walk from the Metropolitan train station. Though myself being a little lazy came by taxi from Uxbridge. Certainly worthwhile.”

Maido Sushi
● Closed“Wow! Having moved to London two months ago I have struggled to find a good quality sushi restaurant that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, who knew I have one right on my doorstep in St John's Wood! I loved the decor and was warmly greeted by friendly, hospitable staff, the service was great, especially given how busy they were and the food was beautifully presented with the flavour to match, there isn't a dish we ordered that I wouldn't order again! We ordered yellowtail carpaccio and the aubergine miso, along with a couple gorgeous salads and some maki rolls, all cooked to perfection! I would also definitely recommend staying for dessert, we ordered two to share and both were delicious! Overall, a great experience as I told the owner when he came over to introduce himself to our table and thank us for our custom, seems like a great guy and told him we will be back, the sooner the better!”

We ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry, Veg and Tofu Stir Fry,Veg Hot Pot and the Soy + Garlic Edamame beans - everything was sooo flavorful and zingy, I couldn't pick my favorite if you asked. Everything was perfect for the rainy weather! The Hot Pot was perfect for myself who had a cold :), the noodles in them were the best I have ever had, so silky and sofr. The Edamame were a great, healthy starter. The Chicken Katsu Curry was unlike anything we had tried before but we loved it. The Stir Fry was packed with flavor! Will be visiting again - can't wait to try the other dishes :)”
