Third Space Canary Wharf
● Open“I only but wish there were more stars then 5 to rate as the gym, staff, equipment, amenities and general environment is exemplary. You are welcomed with a smile and clean, specious changing facilities. The gym also benefits from a rather large surface area with three floors dedicated to different training aspects, all under the backdrop of a fab climbing wall. There are tranquil areas also to take a peaceful break which I can compare to 5* hotel lobbies. Very well designed and aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely advise others to come and experience the gym, definitely one of the best I have visiting.”

Charteris (Kilburn) Sports Centre
● Open“After retiring from work my Doctor diagnosed me with Type 2 Diabetes and prescribed medication (MetFormin tablets). He advised me to exercise and to lose weight. I joined my local Charteris gym and the free weekly Over 50s Keep Fit session where I received a warm welcome and made new friends. Charteris is a community-based not for profit centre run by committed and hardworking Director Lloyd and colleagues who have developed a popular programme of activities for a diverse neighbourhood. After 6 months attending Charteris my Doctor tested me again and found that my health had improved and that I had lost weight. He told me that I no longer had Diabetes and stopped my medication. I will continue to use the Charteris Gym and to attend the weekly Over 50s sessions as it helps me to keep fit, lose weight, improve my health and hopefully live longer!”

There's even a pool, sauna, and steam room. Membership is a little pricey if you don't take advantage of the classes, but it's a cut above every other place I've trained at.”
