The sticker on the box was what I ordered, but the clogs were not what I ordered. I emailed Lotta’s and they worked to take care of it quickly! They ended up telling me to keep the pair I didn’t order, and were able to send me what I did order within a couple days!”

The service is really good, always asking if you need something, also they have a friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. “We visited Lucinda's together (mother & daughter) , in search for a dress to wear to a wedding. From the minute we walked in , we were warmly welcomed by the three ladies. Not only did we see the most gorgeous, unique evening gowns and accessories but we both came out with a stunning dresses each. The range in styles and sizes were great for us and suited to our age. The staff made us feel confident in ourselves and it was overall a lovely experience. I recommend Lucinda's for the perfect prom dresses or wedding guest dresses. “Wonderful time here. Food was on point , bought a combo meal which was 18 quid. Which is two main courses. And 2 sides. The oxtail was amazing and tender. And stew its in was well put together. The jerk chicken was great aswell although I wasn't keen on the sauce. Guiness punch was lovely too.staff were great and ill definable be back”

“I have bad anxiety and went into Kingston to get a winter coat with my Fiance. It was so busy because of Christmas we went in M and S and John Lewis which where really busy because and couldn’t find anyone to help. We past white stuff and thought we would look around. We met Charlotte who works there. She was lovely and patient. She helped me look and try on coats with no pressure to buy and even suggested there could order a coat if they didn’t have the size. I found a lovely coat and Charlotte said if I changed my mind I could bring it back. I am so happy with my new coat and would definitely go back to that shop. Thank Charlotte.”
