“I've been coming to this store for the past year, the staff are amazing and friendly. As I live nearby, and during this global crisis I'm stuck in my apartment self isolating/ shielding. I called the store, ordered my items and the friendly staff delivered it to my door. Staff are honest and good people...People don't shop at the big stores like tesco or sainsburys, shop local and help small businesses. Thank you to Maluch Express for the delivery. 10/10.”

“I had the pleasure of visiting waitrose in South Harrow today as I wanted to compare it with my local Ruislip branch which always seems to have empty shelves,fridges & freezers and is pretty poor by comparison, I think someone from head office should go and take a look and remodel the Ruislip branch on the South Harrow branch which in my opinion is how all waitrose stores should be, how can it be that the two stores can be so different?”

Massive selection of Bangladeshi biscuits and other confectionary that one would find in the bazaars of Bangladesh. Service is always great. Mahdi and Sadi the Brothers always hardworking. “I popped into this new grocery shop yesterday to have a look around. I really liked the interior as it’s easy to navigate the aisles. There was also a nice selection of meats in a variety of cuts at a reasonable price. There was an excellent array of spices, grains and lentils as well as frozen items. “Great staff! I frequently visit the place and recently I dropped my wallet there by accident while leaving the store which had my debit card and cash in it. The staff found it and tried searching for my address to return the wallet. They even visited my bank to find my address but the bank unfortunately couldn't share my personal details with them. Luckily two days later my mom visited the store when the staff confirmed my name and details with her and returned the wallet.I cannot express in words how grateful I am for their gesture. Great place, awesome staff and exceptional service!”
