Michael was extremely helpful, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Their system for processing the move was superb (ie. closing/opening meter reads etc), paperwork was clear, comprehensive and professional. We would have absolutely no hesitation in both using them again, or recommending them to others.”

“Had lots issues with an old boiler and they were very quick to come out to check it and repair it each time it broke down, and when it finally conked out they managed to fit us a new one within 2 days. Also had all the radiators replaced and guys did a very good job”

“Oh my! I would recommend these guys. I have been visiting this venue for pedicures and my nails since 2014. They moved to new building and I moved with them because they are professionals indeed. They care about your views, they make sure you like the services you receive. The facility is very neat, relaxing even when the waiting area is busy, the chairs are comfortable and they offer best in class services with no fuss. They ensure you get the value for your money and they are very competitive with their pricing. Most importantly to me, they are very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the service they offer. “Went to Dreams to buy a new mattress after visiting other retailers who did not give me much help when it came to choosing one.I bought my bed from Dreams so don't know why I didn't go there straight away (the bed is great, an ottoman with lots of storage).At the shop I was greeted by Fran he was very helpful and conducted a sleep study using a bed in-store designed to check body weight and sleeping position to decide on firmness of mattress that would be most comfortable, after this I was able to try different beds recommended. The manager in-store at Watford a gentleman call Mustafa was helpful and offered lots of advice regarding the purchase of a mattress and different mattresses available and what to expect from them all.I also purchased a mattress protector and couple of memory foam pillows (although after using them for just over a week find them too hard for me and unfortunately I don't have packaging so can't return them).Delivery was quick and the guys that bought the new mattress were extremely polite and very helpful.I am still breaking in this mattress and have only slept on it for a couple of nights but if it's uncomfortable there is a guarantee of 40 days so it may be returned and another mattress purchased but I am hoping this will not be necessary. Excellent service from Mustafa and Fran at Dreams Watford Branch. Well the 40 day sleepwear policy is a complete ripoff I had to change the bed and the company offers NO REFUND so you have to get a new bed choose one a cheaper price and lose money lots of clauses really BAD .Don't understand why policies are different online and in-store it's the same company. Great staff in-store but extremely poor customer service dept DREAMS EXPLAIN YOUR GUARANTEE FOR SWAPPING IN 40 DAYS TO ALL CUSTOMERS IN DEPTH BEFORE THEY COMMIT TO PURCHASE.”

“My mother stayed here on night of the 12th Feb as we had just finished a holiday, I live local and she needed help getting to the train station early in the morning. We arrived late and was greeted by the night shift manager/ supervisor who was on reception. He was brilliant and very helpful. My mother told me in the morning that he even helped her with breakfast as she was the first one up!! Brilliant customer service by the supervisor (who I understand cycles locally to work on his push bike). Excellent work, well done to him! 5 stars”

“Very beautiful hotel! The staff are very very helpful and friendly. If we needed any assistance the receptionist and the other staff as well helped us out very happily. We had breakfast for 2 days and there is a variety of food, from a Croissant to cornflakes. Absolutely loved the place!”

“I bought this on Groupon and I can tell you its definitely worth trying. Alex is wonderful. It's almost like massage/counselling session lol. I even met a lovely lady there we added each other on FB as customers talk to each other during the session. The first session I felt a bit dizy around my lower tummy area but second time was much better. Alex helps you all the way through offers tea coffee and water and look after you well. She is so kind, generous and extremely friendly. I already feel like I have known her for so long and I must go back for my third session. Love this place it works I highly recommend this place xx”
