"Genuinely terrible experience by first of all being ignored when we arrived, to a waiter that was very rude and whose customer service skills were terribly poor. Drinks (bottles of Coca Cola) arrived after our starters. The food was Luke warm at best. All of the surrounding customers were complaining about wait times (including ourselves). I didn’t want to raise it with management at the time just because the experience had been so poor but I emailed HQ and they offered me £20! The toilets were an absolute mess too."

"I had a great lunch there with a friend. Portions were a good size and the food tasted good The staff were very friendly. I treated myself to an ultimate strawberry daiquiri. It is huge!! But more like a slushy with hardly any alcohol. Overall a nice place to eat."

"Amazing food and even more amazing service. We went for the avocado with tortilla chips, seame chicken strips, lemon garlic chicken and chocolate fixation cake with ice cream. Good portions, authentic flavours as expected. The ambience was great and will transport you to the diners of America. Would highly recommend."

"Very slick and polite service, I can't fault that at all, but the food was quite disappointing. I get it's a fast food chain, and maybe you get what you pay for, but when the nachos arrived some were warm, some were cold and the presentation of the burger (see image) looked like no effort was put into preparing it, or making it look appetising. I love a good burger, but this wasn't one of them. It ended up being a real chore to eat, and I left half of it. The Oreo milkshake was the best part of the meal!"
