The manager James greeted us every time we popped in and was more than accommodating, the sort of happy, efficient manager every store should have. "One star as my experience with the kitchen designer from this location could not be classed as professional, far from it and that includes the branch manager. It's a shame as the assistant manager and I'm sure other employees at this location do a good job. So, in short I would not recommend Howdens at Tolpits lane."
