“I know it would sound too dramatic to say some university canteen has the best food but kimiko really made it. They have the best chicken katsu curry I have ever tasted in the UK. Very authentic taste and always freshly prepared. The katsu is always crispy and the rice is always of good quality. Also the staff is super efficient and very friendly. 美味しい:)”

“Popped in there today for a hot drink. The place was very clean and well kept and the lady behind the counter was a wonderful cheery person. I got my hot chocolate and was very happy I ventured inside as it was a chilly morning. Im told that the younger commitee use there to play games and use the internet. In these bleak times this is a very neccessary place for people to hang out and meet up. Lovely atmospher.”

“Ordered a late night little number from Pizza Go Go, via Just Eat, in the early hours of the morning and was pleasantly surprised. My breakdown is below: a) Cheese --> Gooey and lots of it +++ b) Pepperoni --> Overflowing c) Base --> Crisped up nicely, not oily d) Temperature --> Piping e) Dips --> Nothing to write home about I thought LONG and HARD about giving this place 4 stars as the pizza is definitely under salted, but on balance I decided against this. “Impeccable sushi. I stopped off here to pick up a takeaway lunch to enjoy in the park on a sunny day. Don’t get me wrong, it’s much cheaper to opt for something like Wasabi, but what you get from the Sushi Shop is infinitely better in terms of quality. I got 2 types of maki rolls and a small portion of sashimi which costed around £20 in total. Everything I ordered wasn’t on the fridge shelf so was made to order. Being able to get freshly made sushi is another nice touch from the Sushi Shop.”

“This hostel is very safe for females. It is very well run and spotlessly clean and the price is very reasonable. There is a big kitchen and many fridges for guests to store food. Nothing ever gets stolen. I highly recommend.”
