"I ordered double pepperoni pizza with extra toppings at 10:30 and was told on the just eat app that my order will be delivered at approximately 11:45 - 00:00. My sister and I waited for a very long time but the order never arrived. We had to sleep on empty stomach. I called the next day and one of the employees said they gonna give me a refund but its been over one week and I've still not received anything"

"Pathetic customer service. I called to enquire if they take cash since my card expired and a although new one was sent, I am yet to update my telephone number change with Barclays. Which means I can’t order anything online with it since it wants to authorise usage is me by sending a text to a number I no longer use. When the person informed me they don’t take cash, I wanted to proceed to ask a question about the food, since my friend wanted to use her card to order it. Before I could finish he hanged up on me mid sentence. Thank you, you lost a potential customer who orders pizza at least once a week for gatherings of 8."
