They are professional, knowledgeable and really care about them wellbeing of the animal in a holistic approach. Any question you may have about your animal, the team at Kensington Hounds has an opinion and i have found them to be superb. From food, to treats to exercise and obedience.. my golden retriever has truly matured through their input. And she has met some great friends. “Dr Richard's clinic has been a wonderful place for improving my teeth and smile. I worked with Dr Neha and the staff, including Shinto and others. They were all extremely professional and fun to be around. The Invisalign treatment they gave me over a six-month period was fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the results. “Haven't met any of the tattooists, but I can't say enough good things about Rhianna and Elin, the piercing team. I've had 9 piercings with them so far and more planned. They always provide a 5 star service: friendly, helpful, happy to answer questions and talk everything through. Never rush or push you if you're unsure. After care service for 2 which swelled more than usual was amazing (and free!). Nothing is too much trouble for them. I've been to piercing places who clearly don't have your best interests at heart, but I believe they definitely do. Piercings can go badly wrong so it is absolutely worth paying for the best possible service. Goes without saying everything is super clean and hygienic. The reception staff are all really nice and helpful as well, even when it's really busy.”

“This is a world-renowned tattoo shop in the heart of Dalston. My first time here with long time tattooist and friend Jethro Wood. Started a new big piece, to which I was nervous for. Jethro is calming, kind and reassuring from start to finish. We had breaks when I needed, stopped for refreshments and powered through. Clean and crisps outlines, great clarity of composition and bold striking colours were the end result of a piece ill treasure forever. Jethro is so patient and kind, helped me to stay calm and helped ensure it was as painless an experience as possible. I can't wait to get another tattoo Jethro is a master of his craft, and regardless of the piece you are after, he hits a home run every single time. Highly recommended”

“Location was great for getting to and from Greenwich. Getting back into Central London was also easy (lots of public transport options) Room was great. Had everything we needed for a comfortable couple of nights. Loved the little fully equipped kitchenette. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Reception was really busy when we arrived (and housekeeping were struggling to turn rooms around so there were people waiting) however, I'd checked in on line before travelling and our room was ready and waiting (so would definitely recommend acting on the check in email before arriving). Reception staff were brilliant (it was clearly very busy but they were so polite). Megan was extremely helpful and friendly. Reception is staffed 24 hours and doors lock late evening so it felt really safe and secure (for two female guests) . Area is fine, co-op across the road, right next to the DLR and bus stops outside. We walked to and from Greenwich (takes 20-25 minutes. 6-7 minute walk to New Cross railway station too. Would definitely use Staycity again whether Deptford Bridge or other location.”

“The design of this hotel is very sleek, a very easy atmosphere to relax in. I had an excellent lunch here at the Mosaic restaurant. The food was delicious and there was a great selection of wines and cocktails to choose from. I experienced very welcoming and attentive staff. “This is our weekend breakfast tradition. Everything is delicious. The coffee is amazing (even for a hypercritical Italian coffee lover) like me. My sone loves his croissant with babyccino. The pastries are impressively good, I cannot eat croissants anywhere else. Bagels are also exceptional, and a lot of variety. The staff is friendly and make you feel very welcome! Since it is everyone’s favorite, I wish there were more tables but the location is so lovely that it is also nice to sit on a bench. The mist deserved five start, thanks to the team and see you in few minutes ☺️”

“We stayed here for 9 nights in July and it exceeded all of our expectations! We had low expectations because we were looking for a budget friendly place. There are aspects that definitely felt low budget, but that's expected with a budget inn. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. The staff was so lovely and patient with my young kids. The inn was quiet and clean. It's right by Tesco and Sainsbury, and also near several bus stops, so it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. We had breakfast there one day and it was hot and delicious! I would definitely stay here again.”

“The bar at the lobby of Hilton Tower Bridge became one of my favourite spots. It’s very comfortable and not crowded, and besides having a wide selection of drinks, they also serve food and prices won’t break the bank. It can be lovely to seat up and do some work while enjoying the delicious food and friendliness of their staff members. Anca in special is not only very knowledgeable but also very friendly that suggest the best foods on the menu always. If you haven’t stop by, you surely don’t know what are you missing! Besides the bar, there is the restaurant, and also some sort of private area around the lobby in which I believe it can be used for some private gatherings. The place is absolutely clean up to high standards. Definitely recommend, and surely will be back often! A big thanks to the whole Team.”

“Situated in a very convenient location in Central London. I went to Vombat during my office visit. Front office service was very quick and the staff was very friendly. Provided detailed information about the facility. The rooms were very nice. I've met lots of nice people there. All the beds are provided with very clean linen and a separate locker. Washrooms were also clean and tidy but it depends on whom you are in your dorm. They have a nice cozy bar on the ground floor and a separate laundry and a kitchen as well. Worth the price and very cheap compared to the other same kind of facilities in London.”

“My sister was staying here on business and we went to check into the hotel. The details this hotel has paid attention to is unreal. Each room is tastefully decorated and the people who work there are exceptionally attentive. There are free sweets and flavoured water at reception and the hotel smells incredible everywhere you go. The views from the room are stunning and I love the idea of window seats. You can have your coffee to go ready for the morning and their rooftop bar has stunning views also. There are mini cuckoo clocks in the room, organic bedsheets and comfy pillows. I would love to stay here in the future with my partner.”

“Just wanted to share our absolutely awesome experience here recently at the Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal. My wife and I decided to travel to the UK and France for our 10 year anniversary and we brought our kids with us. I ended up getting 2 rooms for us so we weren't as cramped. Let me just say that this hotel exceeded my expectations! It was bright, colorful, clean, safe, the rooms were very clean and functional, breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were incredible and it was right next to a Tube station which was great to get to downtown London easily from. They also had an in-house restaurant which was quite decent and we used it multiple nights when we were just too tired to venture out again. Everything about this stay was great, especially the staff, even down to the maintenance guy who came to fix our breaker in our room when we blew the fuse plugging in a shoddy UK to U.S. power converter lol. Shout-out to Kat & Sarah I believe their names were, front desk manager and server who were super friendly and gave excellent service. Whatever they are getting paid they need to get that doubled because I have never seen employees juggle so many customers like that all while maintaining the same level of service with a smile on their faces. I am a well traveled Hilton Diamond member and this stay absolutely made our vacation and my wife and kids are still talking about it to this day almost a week after we got back to the USA. My ONLY gripes (and this is being nit-picky) was I wish on-site parking garage pricing was a little cheaper (granted there is nearby street parking but with all our luggage I didn't want the extra hassle), I wish there were able to accommodate having our rooms next to each other even though I requested this online months in advance AND called the week of but we still ended up separated by a few rooms. At least we were on the same floor though. Also, I wish they had a little bit softer mattresses. That was our only complaint about the rooms; the mattresses were a bit on the hard side (but this seems to be a common theme in Europe vs the USA), the times we've been abroad most places in Europe have harder beds than what we are used to in the U.S. and this made it difficult to sleep; I feel like a simple mattress topper would do wonders in this department) Other than that, it was an excellent stay and we will absolutely be staying here again whenever we visit London! You'd be doing your self a disservice staying anywhere else for the value you get at this well run hotel!”

“I stayed at Premier Inn Elstree Boreham while my husband was in hospital. I spent 9 nights in that hotel. It was a very difficult time for me, but the staff were very kind and so helpful, they made my stay very comfortable. They received parcels for me when I was not in. The dinner I had there was well prepared. The restaurant service was very good. I will definitely stay at Premier Inn again, it was affordable, clean, comfortable and safe when I needed just such a place. Thank you to cleaners, receptionists, bar and restaurant staff, maintenance etc, you all played your part to perfection.”

“Extremely impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the service. I was allowed an early check in and a bump up to a slightly bigger room which was spotless! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay here again if I was to visit London as this is out the way of the main city but close enough to a station to travel in quickly.”

“What a great hotel! There was a small issue at check in with our room not being ready, but staff were fantastic and upgraded us for free for the inconvenience. If you get chance to use the executive lounge between 6&8pm then do. Buffet food and drinks available the entire time, and a nice atmosphere. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel is ideally placed just a short walk from Angel tube station.”

“Fabulous hotel which is well located for business and tourism. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The staff in the Exec lounge are extra special. Always smiling and welcoming. The Hilton Honors app with the ability to have a digital key and avoid check in/ check out is brilliant. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and it is one of my favorites in London.”

“We stayed here for the ABBA Arena, as it was an easy taxi ride there and a much better area to stay in. The DLR station into the centre of London is a 4 minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were all friendly. We found the price to be very reasonable and we even got a room upgrade on arrival!”
