I have recently had major surgery and the young lady (Alana )who served me has been absolutely amazing every time I am in the store she carries my basket and helps me carry my shopping to the car I was even gifted a bunch of flowers. I now shop solely in Waitrose Addlestone because of this young lady Alana is so sweet and helpful. All the staff in the Addlestone store are lovely but I want to say a huge Thank you to Alana for making shopping (especially after major surgery) an absolute pleasure Thank you Claire”

“My 2018 Volvo XC60 needed all 4 wheels refurbed due to kerbing, scuffing, etc. and had sustained damage to the bumper. The wheels are now like new, and instead of having to replace the bumper Barry and the team were able to repair and respray - again, it's like new. They also went over the whole car 'sorting' chips and scratches, and even cleaned it! The car was finished on schedule and at the price quoted. I highly recommend 'SortMyCar', although I hope to not need their services for at least a while!”

“Onceamonthcleaning clean my carpets twice a year, once at spring time and once in the autumn. We have a small baby who is just learning to walk and hygiene is very important to me because she is on the floor most of the time. Also cleaning my carpets extends their life! Onceamonthcleaning do a great job and use baby friendly products, which are great, my carpets are nice and clean and smell lovely and fresh once cleaned!
